Forno Sethi is a banquet tandoor manufacturer in India, based in Burari, Delhi and making tandoors since 1987. For banquet halls, hotel banquets and wedding venues where the tandoor stands in front of the guests, we make the square SS (stainless steel) tandoor in 24 × 24 × 36, 30 × 30 × 36 and 36 × 36 × 36 inch sizes. A square body looks neat and presentable at a banquet counter, gives a flat top to work around and sits cleanly beside other equipment. It runs on charcoal, gas (LPG or PNG) or hybrid, so you can pick the fuel that suits your venue.
Price depends on the size, fuel and your city. Send us your details on WhatsApp and we send an exact quote.

Which tandoor is best for a banquet? For banquets where guests see the cooking, a square SS tandoor is the usual choice. Its clean square body looks presentable at a live counter, wipes clean after service and fits neatly into a banquet set-up. Inside is the same clay tandoor chamber, so the cooking is the classic tandoor result. Choose 24 × 24 × 36 for compact counters, 30 × 30 × 36 for busier banquets and 36 × 36 × 36 for high volume service.

Presentable for Guests – A clean square SS body looks neat at a banquet counter and in a live cooking corner, where guests see the tandoor.
Easy to Keep Clean – The steel body wipes clean after service, so the tandoor stays tidy event after event.
Made for Long Service – The clay chamber holds steady heat for hours, which suits wedding and banquet service.
Three Square Sizes – 24 × 24 × 36, 30 × 30 × 36 and 36 × 36 × 36 inch, so you match the tandoor to your counter and your volume.
Pick Your Fuel – Charcoal for smoky taste, gas (LPG or PNG) for quick start and easy control, or hybrid for both.
Real Tandoor Cooking – Naan, tandoori roti and kulcha bake on the hot clay wall, and tikka, kebab and tandoori items cook on skewers.
Repair and Spares – Clay repair and spare parts are available, so a worn chamber does not mean a new tandoor.
Bulk Orders – We supply banquet chains, hotel groups and dealers in numbers, with terms discussed on a call.
Short answer: Choose a square SS tandoor when guests see the tandoor, such as a banquet counter or hotel live corner, and you want a neat, presentable look. Choose a round tandoor for outdoor events, tents and caterers who move from venue to venue. The clay chamber inside works the same way in both.

More on gas: commercial gas tandoor. Charcoal produces carbon monoxide, so always plan good ventilation.
Cure it first – Heat a new clay tandoor slowly in stages before its first use. See the curing guide.
Open space or good ventilation – Place the tandoor where fumes and heat can escape, with a chimney or good ventilation in indoor banquets. Charcoal makes carbon monoxide.
Level, firm ground – Keep the tandoor steady on a level surface, away from curtains, drapes and decorations.
Fuel ready and stored safely – Keep charcoal dry, or the gas cylinder in a safe place away from heat, and confirm LPG or PNG before the event.
Fire safety – Keep a fire extinguisher close and keep cloth, paper and oil away from the tandoor mouth.
After the event – Let the tandoor cool fully, clean the SS body, and keep it covered until the next event.
You can cook naan, tandoori roti, kulcha, chicken tikka, paneer tikka, seekh kebab and other tandoori items. For a live counter with a copper look, see our live kitchen tandoor.
Pan India delivery – We deliver by part-load transport to keep freight cost low. Far cities such as Bengaluru can take about 7 to 14 days in transit.
Plan ahead for wedding season – Order early so your tandoor reaches you and is cured before your first event.
Packing and transport – Quoted for your pin code before you pay.
6 month warranty – On the tandoor, with clay repair and spare parts available.
